In this webinar, you'll learn about ExOne's patented method of printing NanoFuse™ particulate inks in binder jet 3D printing. Hosted by ExOne Technical Fellow Dan Brunermer, a world-leading binder jetting expert, he will discuss how particulate inks improve resolution and sintering in binder jetting, especially with certain materials such as copper and aluminum. We'll discuss the types of particulates used in ExOne's NanoFuse binders and their different benefits, as well as commercial availability of the InnoventPro with NanoFuse printing capabilities.

Dan Brunermer is a physicist by training, but he has spent nearly the past 20 years working at ExOne on binder jet 3D printing technology. He has developed complete platforms, including the first commercially successful metal binder jet system, the ProMetal R2. He is responsible for all aspects of metal jetting engine design, controls, and process execution. He formulates the commercial binders, develops the systems and subsystems used in the machine, and he’s well versed in implementing thermal process equipment.
