Our hearts go out to all of those around the world who have been affected by the current outbreak of coronavirus disease (COVID-19). As a global company, we have many employees, partners, and customers who are in locations facing serious challenges.
During these uncertain times, we wanted to assure you that the ExOne business will remain as open and engaged as possible to support our customers, partners, and companies looking for binder jet 3D printing solutions.
However, ExOne is making some temporary changes to help protect our employees, customers, and communities - and do our part to help control the spread of this disease.
ACTIONS WE’RE TAKING TO PREVENT THE SPREAD OF COVID-19
- We are suspending participation in all face-to-face trade shows, conferences and non-essential group meetings worldwide for the first half of the year. We will reassess the situation on an ongoing basis.
- Cancelling or reducing all non-essential business travel
- Increasing our use of technology to remain as connected as possible to our customers and communities
- Asking customers who are feeling ill and have service appointments to please contact us to reschedule
During these times, our goal is to keep our employees, customers, and broader communities safe -- while remaining engaged, as much as possible through digital channels, to help you solve challenges and use our binder jet 3D printing technology. We will continue to work with you to meet your needs.
