S-Print Protoype 3D Printer

The S-Printsystem, suited for sand casting foundries, creates complex sand cores and molds directly from CAD data, eliminating the need of a physical pattern to create a core or mold. Changes in design can be immediately implemented allowing for flexible production. The S-Print printer utilizes Binder Jetting technology and is available in a range of binder systems for customer-specific needs.

The ExOne® 3D printing process economically creates complex molds and cores, giving the ability to produce castings for a wide range of applications.
